I love the idea of writing to people on fancy stationery, but it seems like email and phone calls are just so much easier. Whenever I actually do sit down to send an old-fashioned, hand-written letter, though, having some cool paper always makes it that much more special. There are tons of fun pieces out there, and the telegram stationery designed by 16 Sparrows is one of them.

16 Sparrows is based out of Chicago, and although I can't say with 100% confidence that these are printed on recycled paper, their website does say that "we are now printing most of our cards on recycled paper with soy-based inks." I'm sure that you could email to find out.

I wish that I had a clearer photo to post, but if you click on the image, you'll see all the great detail they put into these. I have a feeling that these are just as fun to get as they are to send.
