Fairybit Fairybot

Sure, your computer might be a big beige box, but that doesn't mean that your accessories have to be void of all personality, too. I've seen some cute usb flash drives in the last year or so, but Fairybit Fairybot is among my favorites. Not only is she fun to look at, she even has a story attached to her that you can read here. It starts off with "we, mimobots, have traveled a long time across multiple parallel systems to reach earth. we come from our beloved planet blõôh located in galaxy 4210 where we have been living harmoniously since the time of no age." How can you not like that?!?

Available from a company called mimoco, Fairybit Fairybot is just one of maybe 50 mimobot designs they have. Some of them are designed by contemporary toy artists and have limited runs, but the fairy is part of their Core Series, so she should be around for awhile. She's available in three sizes—1 GB, 2GB, and 4GB.
